1. Purpose

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) applies where Mixmotion processes personal data on your behalf to provide services.

2. Roles

You are the data controller; Mixmotion is the data processor. Each party will comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

3. Processing details

• Subject matter: SEO and web services.
• Duration: Term of the agreement.
• Nature & purpose: Hosting, analysis, communications, reporting.
• Types of data: Contact data, usage data, content you provide.
• Data subjects: Your staff, contractors, customers, or users.

4. Processor obligations

• Process data only on documented instructions from you.
• Ensure confidentiality and security measures appropriate to risk.
• Assist with data subject requests and impact assessments.
• Use sub‑processors only with notice and written agreements.
• Delete or return personal data at end of services.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Audit

On reasonable notice, you may audit our compliance no more than once per year, subject to confidentiality.
